4 - Post something rare. people like rares
5 - Put some gossip but remember the line
6 - Be honest with yourself and other bloggers
7 - Dont put so many annoying ads
8 - If u have some money spend it to buy some traffic from backlinks
9 - Interactive entry
10 - Promote your blog in twitter / facebook / google +
I think everyone want more visitors everyday. So try my tips.
